I’m a grieving mother who lost her son Frankie in March of 2019. A part of me died with him. I’m not here with answers or credentials—only lived experience. I share how I survive through faith, nature, literature, cooking, horses, ice skating, creativity, and returning to the things I loved as a child. You’re not alone here.
